How can virtual reality change the food industry and the ways it develops and markets new food products? A new research from the University of Copenhagen found new and surprising uses to virtual reality glasses in both food researches and food development and marketing. The researchers believe that virtual reality will be used more often in market research, including in production and marketing of healthy foods.
